HOW TO CHECK IN YOUR OPEN RETURN TRIP (SINDO FERRY APP)
CHECK-IN FOR OPEN RETURN TRIPS NOW AVAILABLE ON THE SINDO FERRY APP
We are pleased to introduce a new feature on the Sindo Ferry app to make your travel experience between Singapore and Batam even more convenient. When booking ferry tickets to Batam or from Batam to Singapore via our app, you now have the flexibility to choose between a fixed return time or leave the return trip open. Previously, confirming an open return trip required a visit to the Sindo Ferry counter, but now you can do it directly on the app from the comfort of your home or anywhere you are.
This feature allows you to check in for open return trips up to 14 days from your initial departure date. After this period, the trip will no longer appear on the app, but rest assured, it can still be confirmed at the counter. Please note that the booking must be made under the same account to use this feature. Currently, confirming return trips booked by another account or those booked at the counter is not available on the app.
Confirming your open return trip is free of charge. Once confirmed, you will receive an email from Sindo Ferry, or you can retrieve the QR code from the app to collect your boarding pass at our counter.
